I would like to express my appreciation for Jayne Clarence’s hard work and believe it should be recognised
I made my initial telephone enquiry on Tuesday 17th August, I was helped by Jayne who was very knowledgeable & polite, she was honest to say that she had high call volumes & would come back to me first thing on Wednesday morning, I appreciated her honesty & the fact that she did not try to rush my enquiry.
At 9.30am on Wednesday Jayne contacted me to reconfirm all of my requirements, by around 11am I had a full email proposal of 4 possible spa breaks each of them were suitable it was just a matter of choice for my friend & I.
I have now booked the break and could not be happier with the service I have received so far.

We have just returned from our spa weekend at the Holyrood in Edinburgh. I just wanted to say a huge thank you, we have had the most fantastic weekend, we loved it. Could you pass on our thanks to Mel and the other lady that did our treatments they were lovely and very professional. We absolutely loved lunch and having our own butler we were very spoilt.
Everything went smoothly from check in to check out, we returned home nice and relaxed.

Just wanted to say what an absolutely fab time me and my friends had. I think you managed to work some kind of miracle to get us into the spa!
We went for my friend's hen weekend and we found everyone to be extremely friendly and helpful. My friend ordered a steak and it was slightly underdone, the manager was promptly brought over and the situation sorted and we were treated with special attention from then on! He was on top customer service form to say the least.
The location is spectacular and even though there was a wedding and a Strictly Cymru Dancing Ball, we never felt overwhelmed by crowds and had a lovely experience. The booking experience was simple and easily done. I am still amazed we managed to get our treatments in at such short notice with so much going on in the hotel.
We all felt that we would love to visit The Vale again.

I have just returned from a weekend away at the Park Royal Hotel. We went for my daughters hen weekend and I must say what a fantastic weekend we have had, we can not fault the service or the hotel staff they could not do enough to make our stay such a joy.
The food was beautiful and the rooms were so clean and comfortable, there was everything we needed and if we ran short of any thing all we had to do was ask and nothing was to much trouble.
The spa treatments we had were so relaxing and the staff made sure that we did not feel rushed and had every thing we needed. All I can do is say thank you to everyone who made our weekend so great and we can't wait for the next one.

Where shall I start, probably at the beginning where you helped me give probably the best gift idea for my girlfriend’s Christmas present. You were really helpful in acquiring me my gift vouchers and explaining everything to a T.
Then, to the browsing for a spa. Relatively easy you may think, not on most websites I had browsed on, but on spabreak.co.uk everything is exactly where you want it and is searchable by region which surprisingly enough not a lot of similar websites do.
Anyway to the spa, we decided on the Oxford Belfry, we even booked it the day before and still managed to get ourselves a spot in the Deluxe Room, which I have to say was massive. Huge bedroom come living room, with sliding doors to the communal shared garden square, the obvious toilet room and a huge wet room, which included a large shower with hot water on demand (with pressure) a whirlpool bath big enough for two lying and separate basins for us to freshen up.
The facilities included a swimming pool, experience shower, aroma steam room, which is heated to around 50c and has a menthol blast to it which really opens up your pores and sinuses leaving you feeling really fresh and a hot sauna.
We had a massage and facial bundled in with the package, which I have to say as a bloke I was a bit apprehensive about but after I’d had them I wanted more, they were so relaxing. The important thing I should add, is that my girlfriend really enjoyed hers as she’s never been to a spa before and has always wanted to be pampered.
Last but not least I move onto the food, we had a three course dinner, full help yourself breakfast bar and a two course lunch. The food was really nice and the portions were not like you may think when you think of upmarket food being small portions, this was great tasting food and big hearty portions.
Right to bring to a close I will say this, if you’re planning on going on a spa break I insist you go with www.spabreak.co.uk not only for the ease of use and quality selection they offer, but the packages they offer seriously save you ££’s. When I worked it out, if we had paid for everything they offered in our package individually, we saved between £150 - £200.
So what can I say, thanks Spabreak.

Just a quick feed back on last weekend at Bridgewood Manor Hotel and Spa!!!
It was lovely, the spa bath wasn't working but due to a couple having a bit of a domestic we were able to have our full treatments so that was such a bonus!! I had the massage and facial and Tomas was able to get his treatments too so you can imagine we were well chuffed!!
The hotel is lovely and the food was absolutely awesome! The staff were wonderful too!
Sooo thank you for being such a star in arranging this at such short notice and at such a good price! I know I gave you the run around at the 11th hour but you were incredibly professional and showed no irritation which was sweet because if it was me I probably would have! lol
So thanks again for your patience and believe me I will be contacting yourself or spa break in the future under less pressure I'm sure;-)

My friends and I have just returned from a spa break at the Cheltenham chase hotel. Wow! As you know, our deal included: buffet lunch, three course dinner (allocation £25 each), deluxe room overnight accommodation (with freebies), use of spa and gym over the whole weekend, breakfast and two 1/2 hr treatments from a selection.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for your friendly and efficient service. The deal we got through Spabreak Direct was truly great value for money, but more than that, the hotel was really lovely!
All the girls commented our lovely the weekend was and it was a perfect escape from daily busy working lives. Please can you pass our thanks to the hotel.
I thought you may be interested to have a bit of feedback on the hotel from my point of view:
When we arrived at hotel, reception staff were friendly, efficient and allowed us to check in much earlier than normal, as our rooms were available. As part of the deluxe room package, we had an extra wide king size bed, v comfy bed linen, a few free drinks / snacks in the room and a reserved car parking space right near the front door of the hotel.
After going to our rooms, we went for lunch (12-2pm). It was a buffet, on sat it was salad, chilli con carne, mushroom stroganoff, salmon parcels, chips and veg.. you could eat as much as you like and the restaurant was very spacious and staff helpful and polite.
After lunch, we went to the spa as our treatments weren't till later on.
As you know this is a hotel with a spa, not a spa in isolation. The pool area was nice and not too crowded. a few kiddies having a swim but nothing too bad. My only slightly negative comment that has been mentioned in other reviews such as tripadvisor is that there isn't quite enough seating around the pool. people tend to 'bag' a lounger even though they have no intention of sitting on it during their visit to the pool. I appreciate that there isn't really anymore space for seating, but thought best to highlight a possible issue.
The hotel offer a relaxation room where there is seating (during the wk this is a treatment room above the pool, but at weekends, when busy, this is a room in the conferencing area upstairs)
